All you seem to be worried about is that it is classed as a genocide. You don't seem too worried about their deaths, just what they are classed as.

I don’t think there is too much doubt that Hamas are doing stuff like this but the problem is that it is extremely rare for a group that are using these tactics to be defeated when they are embedded like they are in society and the civilian infrastructure (or lack of now) without committing genocide and ethnic cleansing.
