Vodafone BB

I was looking for BB 6 months ago , and went for vodafone , on their website it said up to 70 MB . What I actually got was 1 MB and having been through their customer service and technical support at least 10 times , I went to comreg , who told me to go through VF complaints procedure first .

VF basically told me I am in a contract so fuck off . Anyway it took 5 calls to register a complaint and get a complaint reference number .

VF customer services are the worst crowd I ever came across , basically tell me I am in a contract and to get lost .

70 MB my arse dont even get 1 MB , avoid VF.

A small phrase with a big meaning. Always read the small print.

Ya have to complain in writing/email 3 times, they have to provide an acceptable service.

Write this in your email "The service is not fit for purpose under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980 and I am formally writing to you to cancel the contract without penalty and cancellation fees. "

I cancelled my three broadband without any charges and fees, in mid contract!

also take a screen grab of internet speed
