US Presidential Predictions

USA - Presidential Election 2020

  • Total voters
    20
  • Poll closed .
I think I read somewhere that 21 million Americans are after casting their vote already ,contrasting to 2016 same time 4 million voted. Massive difference.

hmm, poll ended.

It'll be Biden by a landslide in the popular vote, I think he'll win the electoral college well bit it'll be far closer than the national popular vote has it.

Trump has been consistently behind by 10 points in the polls of polls.

Without vote fiddling, some of the states Trump needs to win to retain presidency (Pennsylvania 6.3%, Nevada 6.1%, Wisconsin 7.3%, Michigan 8.0%) are all way beyond the margin of error in favour of Biden.

Even Florida is quite likely to go Biden with a 3.6% advantage.

The question now is by how much he's going to win, some states in play, like Georgia (0.8% for Biden), Iowa (0.2% for Biden) and even Texas (only 1.2% for Trump) are going to decide just how much of a kicking Trump is going to get in the electoral college.

That is, unless Trump manages to knobble the system.

It is also almost like Donald is on a farewell tour with his rallies as he is making no attempt to appeal to anyone beyond is base supporters.

Pres. Trump, speaking in Erie, Pa at a rally last night, says he wouldn’t have come to Erie if the pandemic hadn’t hit. “Before the plague came in, I had it made. I wasn’t coming to Erie. I have to be honest. There was no way I was coming. I didn’t have to.... We had this thing won”

If he was not losing he would have even gone there to campaign.

He knows his goose is cooked.
Trump has a core base of about 40% of the country. He's not had above 50% approval rating in surveys since he was elected.

Even Jimmy Carter hit 75% at one brief period:

He's got the lowest consistent approval rating of any president since WWII.

The only presidents with a lower approval rating than him now, Bush Sr, Carter, LBJ, Ford, were all one termers.

There almost certainly isn't a latent support, a "silent majority" lurking out there.

And Trump has made every single effort he can to ensure those not within his political base are heavily motivated to vote him out.

it was open for 5 days. if you're not wildly clicking into trump threads every few minutes, then you simply don't have what it takes to be a senior proc #analyst. sorry.

What sort of lunatic clicks on the Current & local Affairs forum for a new thread on anything like a regular basis?

I bet you regularly check the secret and tech forums too.

Just in case.

Christ, looking at the forum list, Boys Oh Boys is still there. Thread started in 2006 and still going. Crazy.
