Sweden BEGAN by not addressing COVID with any precautions, but then followed everyone else after their death rates soared relative to all the other Nordic countries.

Various people made various quotes that turned out to be incorrect but AS THE EPIDEMIC CONTINUED we found out more about how it worked. This is actually how science works.

This, like everything else you’ve written, is your usual conspiracy stuff. The fact is, the countries with strict rules did better and Covid has evolved over time precisely like every other flu has. Sad.

we were restricted to four at a table in the pub or restaurant but people were free to come and go as they pleased in the main, unlike ireland with radius rules, etc. the death toll was fairly even by the end of it all. a few hundred per million.

don’t get me wrong, i’m not an anti-vax lad. i took two doses. i had covid when it was the early variant before vaccinations. i had no symptoms at all. my missus had it before me and was shook for months despite taking three vaccinations.

Be that as it may:

1. Sweden did change from doing nothing to doing something since the nothing route wasn’t working.

2. Contrary to what the OP claimed, the countries that followed the general rules had fewer deaths per capita than ones who did not.
