Nope, I'm saying approximately half of the country will likely vote to make Trump President again despite his shady deals and criminal convictions. Not a good look. But when yer system gives you a dilemma rather than a choice that's what can happen.

Unless the Democratic Party move quickly and decisively I think many of those that vote in the upcoming US election will be voting for either Not-Biden or Not-Trump

Personally I think it a bit silly that the US should have law for Presidents being prosecuted under US law but not under International Law, arrogant to think International Law is not good enough for you. Plenty of US President's should be in the ICC in the Hague but no America is too good, too "exceptional" to abide by International law whereas when the shoe is on the other foot it is all we have to bring tyrants to justice.

Not just US Presidents with regard to the ICC I think. As far as I know America won't send any of its citizens to be subject to the ICC

Ive read that there are 3 swing states where Biden cannot be replaced on the ballot. (Unless he dies). A few other states too where he cannot be taken off the ballot without a lot of legal hurdles to go through first because the deadlines have passed for replacing a candidate. I think the Dems are stuck with Sleepy Joe for this one.
