I am expecting it, and I think I'm gonna get it.

Hillary Clinton is estimated at $120 million, and God knows how much more realistically.

$3 million is nothing. I personally know four people with more than that.
Even $120 million is irrelevant, particularly when you subtract fixed assets

The election spend is gone to billions

—— edit … only Kamala broke the billion apparently

AFAIK, the 'two-term limit' follows a precedent set by George Washington who did not seek re-election at the end of his second term. FDR broke it as the US was at war when his first eight years were up. Maybe there will be a war in four years and President Trump will do the honourable thing and seek another term to steer the country through it. As for literacy levels, anyone in receipt of emails and letters from one's fellow Irish can attest that we are not much better than the US in that respect. It's unsurprising given the fall in standards in the Irish education system over the past forty years or so.

The goal is for everyone to have a 3rd level qualification, reading and writing no longer a priority

Most people with a third level degree are reasonably literate.
The problem lies with the large number of people, mainly from what they call disadvantaged areas, falling through the gaps and not really caring as well about it.
You only have to look at certain Facebook pages to see how poor literacy levels are among a certain demographic.
