Biden was a terrible candidate, his mind was gone. Harris was even worse. Trump ran a great campaign.

They were presented with 2 choices, Trump or Harris/Hillary.

Instead of holding their noses and voting for the least bad option, they threw their toys out of the pram and didn't bother voting.

The right weren't happy with the republicans so they got heavily involved at every level from school boards all the way up and eventually took over the party. In the meantime they voted red regardless of the candidate.

The left are incapable of compromise and playing the long game. They always do what they do best, split and sulk.
