As an Evangelical Christian you have to wonder how Pete Hegseth finds this disgusting and detached from reality, but his boss' tweet depicting himself as Jesus a doctor isn't?

I think Eric Fromm described the condition that afflicts Trump "Malignant Narcissism" I looked up the definition and there are reasons that we should be fearful very fearful

I am sure that the world leaders have been advised and are aware of this condition and adjust their dealings with Trump accordingly, this accounts for some bizzare aspects of their approach such as extreme flattery. They are also aware that the condition includes complete lack of empathy with a paranoiac lust for vengance. This can be very dangerous from one controlling the Economic and Military power of the US.
