But he didnt do well in the Championship or in League 1. David Healy was a brilliant player internationally but had a very average club career. Hopefully, Troy rises to the top at club level.

Because that's what he was at the time, as a teenager.

Similar to fellas now who are telling anyone who'll listen that Evan Ferguson is a busted flush.

When he gets the body right he's going to be brilliant as well. The two of them could score 60 goals for Ireland between them.

Big Ev has plenty to offer.

He needs to find a club like Troy did at PSV that believe in him and allow him to hit form.

AZ Crusty. Would love to see the two lads be successful at club level and form a partnership for Ireland. Come across as two very likeable blokes.

Yes AZ!

Completely agree they come across as likeable hardworking lads, from what I’ve read they are popular amongst teammates at various clubs.

Hector Bellerin was on the second captains podcast during the week and mentioned Troy is working very hard on his Spanish to try gel with his new teammates as soon as possible

I think a bit of luck in finding the right club and manager goes along way in this game.

Troy hit gold at AZ and seems to be off to a good start at Betis although it’s early days, I think the support cast around Troy at Betis is a big thing, highly technical players that will create a lot of chances for him.

Hopefully Ev gets a bit of luck
