Cheers lads. The splits were a bit off the average but the final time was there or thereabouts. Dreadfully tough last 4 miles not helped by being attacked and knocked to the ground by a feminazi protestor at 24.5 when I was already dying on my feet. LOL, blood pouring out of my temple for the rest of the race and a nice case of road rash (Google it) all down my right hand side.
Still, Boston as wonderful and magical as ever. Won’t know the state of the knee till the DOMS tide goes out later in the week but v happy to have nailed a marathon and gained another precious Boston medal

Jesus Terrier, sorry to hear that fella. Fuck sake, the work you had put in to getting there put me to shame and the farewell message was rousing. Still, you somehow got it done and have the medal
