Training Run Times

I saw that. Thre's a good buddy of mine and timeout's who ran a big PB at the age of 60. LOL, the poor fecker has to discount it. There are so many 5k races down there that it's not hard to get the distance right.
Apparently there was fierce cutting of the corner going on down by the Pairc too - lads going across the grass. That's just down to poor stewarding.
FFS

Lady in work with was also delighted until she found out the course was short. 960 odd doing it is a great turnout. One of my kids was on Bondi Beach yesterday morning and was passed by a couple of hundred people running their twice weekly 5k with a 6:15am start time 😀

My runners are relatively worn at the back corners. They're in relatively decent condition. Debating getting a new pair. I'm about 7 weeks out from the Cork half. Should I bother changing or just drive on?

How many miles have you on them? 7 weeks should be plenty to break a new pair in.

Boston next Monday jimmy- so it’s a “no” from me this year. Sounds like ye have everything ready to go. That lad Graham is a member of Eagle - doesn’t do any races but attends every one. He’s very much part of the fabric of Cork running at this stage.
