Not the most scenic and definitely a bit of a challenge to get there but because of those reasons Grabal it was nearly empty last Saturday when every other beach was rammed.
I go down to “renovated” walkway way by Camden. I’ll give the other way a go.It's very easy to get to if you go up behind Cronin's pub to the house with the ships funnel and turn right, follow the boreen road and it brings you to the beach, alternatively follow the path behind the car park for Camden fort, a bit of a small stroll but beautifully scenic.

Lol, the other way leads you down to steps that lands you right on the beach.I remember 30+ years ago going the Camden way and it was an adventure, and not in a good way :-( More like an assault course.
