Philippines is incredible, you won’t meet nicer people than the Philippino’s

Has anyone ever actually been to Carlow? I’m not entirely sure it exists.

I was in a lovely Mexican tapas restaurant in Carlow town last summer. Definitely the most exotic place I've ever been to.
