There were RUMOURS (look away now Earl) doing the rounds in Glasgow that Beale had been sacked/resigned with ra bers about to get Potter (ex Chelski and Brighton) in to replace him. Wishful thinking by some of the bluenoses though. But as they say in weegie land "his jaiket is on a very shoogly peg".
I still don't understand why they shafted GVB to bring in Micky Beale tbh, but having spent many millions in the summer they're getting anxious now that they're already 4 points behind after 4 league games.
It'll be interesting to see what happens in the coming days but I think they've a Europa game coming up next week and that could be make or break for Beale. If they lose that (just googled they're at home to Real Betis currently 7th in La Liga) then I think Beale is toast. The home crowd could drive the team on to victory or they could turn on the players like they did in the home game v Celtic.
