Bounce only happens when a club is in a not totally fucked state.

It happens when the previous coach wasn't doing a whole lot wrong but the results weren't happening.

It happens when recent recruitment isn't total dogshit.

None of those are true for Spurs.

Relegation is real because they can't supply the forward line regardless of style of play. If they can dig out a couple of narrow wins, they might just cling to survival but that is far from certain.
