The Official Spurs thread

Spurs played some good stuff in short bursts, but the amount of times Bournemouth got themselves in really good shooting positions in transition was pretty dramatic.

Swap in (Bournemouth-era) Solanke and they could've easily scored 5 or 6.

Most Spurs fans think that is on Levy and ENIC and his insistence of profit over success on the pitch.
He has made 2 maybe 3 big mistakes in the last 7 years.
1. Not backing Poch over 2-3 windows as in buying zero.
2. Sacking him.
3. Hiring Mourinho and Conte.

I picked Spurs in 1979, the only time I was allowed up late was my Dad would call me down to watch the Big Match or MOTD and from memory Steve Archibald got 2 or 3 against I think Coventry and I was hooked. My Dad is a Liverpool fan and was not impressed.

I picked them for how they play. Attacking push and run. Ange is doing that and when they click they are awesome to watch. Levy now runs the 7th most lucrative sports franchise in the world. Spurs have tons of money. They're not spending it in the transfer windows though.

That and, with all the injuries, I think it's 7 first teamers out, the likes of Maddison and Bissouma are phoning it in knowing that they will play next week and the week after. Vicario Romero Van de Ven Porro Bentancur Richarlison Odobert all out.

I really hope they don't pull the trigger on Ange.
