I was in Gallo and Galetti last night.

They had ragu stuffed arancini on as a special, and tiramisu ice cream as a special dessert. Both were stunning

I DID tip him as it happens - just not the minimum suggested 18%

Canopy Restaurant in Castlemaartyr resort.

Decent enough, had a ham terrine starter and beef fillet main. Terrific passionfruit dessert too.

Really good set up there tbf.

The beef was the star of the show, the pic probably doesnt do it justice but terrific dish.

Castlemartyr is still reasonably decent value given what a lot of 5 star places are charging nowadays. Will return.

Where’s the rest of it?

Picture isn't the best. You dont get the depth. It was a serious piece of beef. Struggle to finish but perfectly cooked rare.

Full British Isles Breakfast and a pint of Tipperary Champagne this morning in the South County for Ireland vs Japan.

Good crowd in for it. Food was 10/10 as always.
