The thing with their burritos is they "layer" them. It means you have to hold the burrito and eat from it in a very linear way by stretching your chomping tackle around the whole fucking thing. If you don't, you get a gobful of only one or two ingredients (sour cream and onion in my case).Was passing through Midleton this afternoon and had lunch in Pan (couldn't get a table in Roastie, again).
I had a chicken burrito, which was generously packed and very tasty, even if they overdid it with the sour-cream. Herself had a warm chicken salad, which again was massive. She was very impressed with it. We split a portion of onion rings and a portion of sweet potato fries. Throw in 2 smoothies and 2 coffees, and 52 quid is very reasonable.
Will definitely be back.
How hard would it be to mix up the ingredients, like?
