Tipping is yank shit spilling over into Europe. I've never tipped at any restaurant I've eaten at unless the service was exceptional. Waiting staff already make at least minimum wage here.

I would always try to leave a 10% tip in a restaurant. But I leave it in cash because I feel like the credit card tip may be less likely to make it to the workers, whether that’s fair or not.I agree with you on the tipping.
