Man jailed over 'Wild West rampage' in Donegal

A 25-year-old man has been sentenced to eight years in jail after pleading guilty to 11 charges arising out of an incident described as being like "a rampage from the Wild West".

How is it flippant? He got 8 years, because of the consequences of his actions.

PTSD may be a serious injury. It is not always a serious injury. That is the equivalent of saying that whiplash is by any definition a serious injury.
