I never once said she is an extortionist. What I said, and maybe you could get someone to take you through this very slowly, she could be a liar, and an extortionist, while still having been the victim of a rape.

There were major holes in Ms Hand's statements.
The DPP didn't think there was enough of a case against McGregor.
Jury in a civil case with a lower burden of proof reckoned on the balance of probability McGregor raped her.
McGregor, currently a rapist in the eyes of the law, claims to have two new relevant witnesses which might overturn the verdict.
It'll be interesting to see if he even gets a retrial
