The Official Manchester City Thread - Part 2

I doubt the owners are worried in any way. I'm sure there is some hanky panky going on with accounts with a lot of of these clubs. Selling off hotels, selling women's teams, transferring between sister clubs, payments to agents, unknown win bonuses and image rights.
I don't know if it is City themselves or this City group but they are opening a hotel with over 400 rooms, a ginormous hospitality building and have just announced a Mama Mia residency ( whatever that is) at some other building they have just built at the etihad. They have built the largest indoor arena in the UK, bigger than the O2 in London. Springsteen was there not so long ago, one of the few places in Europe where he could play an indoor gig.
As a group, they seem to be building up money even though their clubs may be losing it hand over fist. Currently building the first ever purpose built football ( soccer ) stadium in the USA in New York City.
I can't recall what they are called but these groups with several teams in them can move money around, seemingly legally,
The British government have allowed the City group to build thousands of houses and rejuvenate a derelict area of Manchester.
