The Official Man Utd Thread - Part 3.

I think Carrick waited too long to bring Amad on when Newcastle where sitting in a comfortable low block.
Amad should have been on for the second half. You don't need fed ups tactical acumen to know that you make the pitch as wide as possible against a packed defence.

Even more so against ten men.
Also bringing on Malacia when Heaven could have finished the game at full back was a mistake.
100%
The drop off from Casemiro to Ugarte is staggering and which is a drum we have been beating all year.
Yep. Bringing on Ugarte and Dalot before Amad was ridiculous. Wouldn't have minded Dalot coming on against ten because he does provide some width at least.

Theyre all big games from here.
Were awful against West Ham, created nothing.

Everton the same, deserved to lose that.
Were doghshit upto the red card against Palace. Fell apart in the last 5 mins against Fulham. Sesko has been getting them out of jail. That's not sustainable.

Casemiro is 34 and expected to play every game. Mainoo has the odd nice turn and pass but hes a waste of time against a packed defence.

Other than Zirkzees shot from distance , Ramsdale was comfortable. Not good enough playing an entire half with an extra man.

Wouldn't have much confidence against Villa tbh.
Could have got Ruben Neves for 20 million or so in the window.

Decent player and would have made a decent squad player going forward too if you bought better midfielders in the summer.

It could cost them the CL qualification. It's fucking insane how badly run the club is sometimes.

This is why Amorim went mental when they wouldn't buy a midfielder. And he was fucking right too.

Carricks done fine but its the usual story.

Bate City and Bumnal then draw with West Ham and lose to ten men Newcastle.

Theyve got United DNA alright. Choke everytime they get one hand on top four.

The football has been largely shit too. Ive stopped listening to Talk of the Devils too. Its fawning nonsense lately.

Rio has gone way up in my estimation over the last few months.

Yes, he's not the brightest bulb in the room, but he seems to be the only ex player with a media presence who seems happy when the team is doing well.

Scholes can fuck off with his attacks on Licha and Carrick lately.

Rio reminds me of Wright.

You can tell his hearts in the right place.

Keane and the rest of them are only using the club to generate interactions with their shit podcasts.

Roys comments about Keith Andrews when he had a middling start were pathetic
