Casemiro is 34 and expected to play every game. Mainoo has the odd nice turn and pass but hes a waste of time against a packed defence.

Other than Zirkzees shot from distance , Ramsdale was comfortable. Not good enough playing an entire half with an extra man.

I think Carrick waited too long to bring Amad on when Newcastle where sitting in a comfortable low block.
