Are we really going to start with Hojlund in the final. If we do then we are down a man from the start. He offers absolutely nothing, zero, zilch.

It won't be ideal but pull Garnacho and Amad slightly in with Mount behind them. If we don't then you can kick our sorry arse's goodbye in the transfer market this summer.

I'm not joking, playing Hojlund against Spurs is risking any progress we can make in the next couple of years.

Its calls like this that Amorim must now make. As bad as Spurs are struggling they will still have a man advantage if we start with him.

You'd have to question the coaches too. He's actually got progressively worse over the last 2 seasons. He can't even do the basics right now. I can't get over the fact that he plays the game every day and struggles to trap a ball regularly. Pushed off it way too easily too for a big man.

How many Utd players have improved as players while at the club over the last number of seasons though? Amad is the only one who I can think of.

Garnacho is another who has stagnated.

Going forward I'm happy enough to keep De Ligt Yoro Heaven Mazraoui Ugarte Fernandes Mount Garnacho Amad and Martinez.

Out of those ten only De Ligt Ugarte Fernandes and Martinez would go to war in every game to get a win.

As much as I admire Harry and his will to win he lacks that little touch of class.

Casemiro is a great pro but it's the future we have to build for.

If we lose the final you can forget about building a squad over the next two seasons as we'll be shopping in Aldi's.

He's actually been solid enough recently but even if not, he's going nowhere unless one of the Saudi teams tempt him.
Up to now he has expressed wish to stay in Manchester for personal/family reasons.
On a huge contract that no other European team going to match. His wages a huge drain on resources from a FFP viewpoint.

Garnacho has potential to be really good but (possibly along with Mainoo) is also most likely sacrificial lamb that bean counters will be looking at in context of FFP rules. Hojlund will be offloaded too but money raised will make only a slight dent on the FFP.
