I'd say they're transfer window will be heavily dictated by the tncl final in terms of available money and their attractiveness as a club.

Except for small premium for winning final, the outcome won't massively impact on this summer from FFP perspective.
The big dividend from CL qualification will crystalise at end of next season when the CL windfall is actually counted!

As you say it may however impact on a target player's preferred destination if CL football is on offer.
