Arne is a legend m8. Level on titles with Klopp in his first season.

Really? You're 4 0 up in a cup final in the 90th minute and there was a tiny foul leading up to the fifth/consolation goal (i'm feeling generous take your pick) and the goal stands. Who's going to be upset by it?
I'd say that's pretty minor tbh. There was 15 seconds left today. Letting the goal stand would have been a minor event.
The advantage rule exists so the team that was impeded gets the better of the given situation whether the advantage is in play or a resultant free kick.
As I said, the letter of the law was carried out.
Have you ever heard the saying the law is an ass?
Let's just bin VAR and move onThe impact to today's result was (very) minor.
But it would still have been a major mistake.
You shouldn't have refs making different decisions based on the degree to which the decision would impact the result.
Haaland got the advantage.
But that doesn't give him the right to then foul with impunity.
Guess what, I have!
I wasn't wumming. I didn't see the 1st half but heard the HT analysis (City bossed 1st half)I'll have what she's having.
I actually agree with a lot of that. Just on the face of it I think we played very well in the second half after a poor first half and deservedly took the lead but there were big chances before that to score. I don’t think City worked particularly hard for their goals but ultimately they did score them and won.City were haunted to get the win and obviously then Liverpool were desperately unlucky to lose.
Liverpool played very well in the 2nd half and got a goal for the ages. Peak Ronaldo stuff.
The equalizer was mainly due to Slobo's inexperience at RB - down to injuries - no one to blame.
The penalty was very unfortunate as the chance was gone and the keepers momentum caused the clash. Again no blame to anyone.
The red card issue would not have happened in normal circumstance.
McAllister hit an unreal strike and probably was frustrated by the only keeper in EPL who could make that save.
Forwards should have converted a few of the 2nd half chances but Etikike and Wirtz are still finding their feet in English Football - takes time to adapt.
Pep will be well aware that he dodged a bullet today but that form won't close the gap to Arsenal.
I'd see Liverpool finishing 3rd. Chelsea have so much talent that they will stay in the race and Utd will struggle to finish 5th. Villa lack the depth to get top 4 IMO
Arsenal - City - Liverpool - Chelsea - Villa - Utd That's how I see it pan out
I do agree. City fell off from the first 20 minutes bright spell. As soon as Liverpool scored they sat back. Not sure if it was the team or management but Slot has to take the blame either way.I wasn't wumming. I didn't see the 1st half but heard the HT analysis (City bossed 1st half)
I thought Liverpool looked good in 2nd half - maybe some saw it differently. I've seen a lot of poor defending by Liverpool this season but not today. Sometimes your team plays well and don't get the breaks.
City had to go for broke and just got the breaks.
Don't get me wrong - as a Utd supporter I love nothing better than to see Liverpool lose but equally I can see when Liverpool are unlucky
I dunno if Slot will survive but I don't see FSG move until end of season. If Liverpool play as well for the rest of season, then they will get CL Football and Slot will be OK.
that's just the way I see it.
Yes - there is a worrying tendency to surrender leads late on and this gets into players heads. A hold what we have approach.I do agree. City fell off from the first 20 minutes bright spell. He waits too long to make subs (although Jones should have setup a chance with his first touch but messed it up). His reluctance Rio and Chiesa were the obvious subs for some legs to push City back but never came (or at least too late for one of them).
There's definitely something up with Salah not being subbed.
Gakpo is just his boy. Both of them will have significant contributions to his eventual sacking / mutual parting.
