It’s a bit of a disaster move in general for everyone because he’s unlikely to join permanently, his value has decreased a lot as a result of not playing and neither side nor himself benefitted from the move.

But to expect Liverpool to aid Villa’s top 4/5 chances and foot the bill as well is a bit stupid to say the least.

It's a silly situation, why would he want to stay the way he's been treated, and why would Liverpool have any future loan dealings with Villa, after this ? Villa knowingly signed the loan agreement.
