The Official Liverpool Thread - Part 2

Yan Diomandé, an exciting young winger at RB Leipzig said in a live stream that he's a massive Liverpool fan and its his dad's dream to see him play at Anfield. He looks exactly the type of player liverpool could do with.

Did not realise that. He's a serious talent.

Doesn't mean he'll ever end up playing for the club, but it's certainly a factor that will work in your favour.

I got that story in an email from 442. But trying to link that article was like trying to break into Fort Knox.

So I googled it. Lots of sites had it, the tabloids, 365 etc etc

Likely just recycled by those other sites though right?

Can be tricky to determine where transfer stories actually originate - but that's usually the best barometer for whether there's any substance to them.

I suppose.

Usually though when lots of sites have it, there's at least a grain of truth to it. I genuienly wouldn't be surprised if Liverpools transfer team put it out there to gauge the reaction.

Or it could be total busllshit. As you say, hard to know.

Wrt United I completely trust Laurie whitnell and Andy Mitten when they write stories. Any Liverpool lads similar to them around?

Whatever they say about it would most likely be the truth.

Disappointing news for Bradley but always looked likely. Would like to see Gomez getting a proper shot at rb now. I wonder would this news move the Guehi situation. Marca reported a few weeks ago that Real Madrid went looking for Guehi and he told them he had given Liverpool his word(and wasnt going to break it). Palace out of FA Cup but still in Conference League where they are the only English team so would fancy themselves. In PL they are well down the table-not in relegation danger but a good run would get them up to European spots again. Unless they need the money, I cannot see Palace selling now but if they do whatever they sell him for is pure profit.
