Imagine comparing Brighton then to now. If ye played them under Potter ye would have conceded 5 or 6 I'd say

Liverpool fans used to say TAA could do it all. I'd take AWB on one leg over him. At least he'd be in position to watch the goal go in!

TAA - Not that I accept it but I can take a defender being beaten on his side, but when Trent is beaten he shows no determination to rectify his mistake. At least bust a gut to get back. Whenever I see him exposed in the first phase he then just ambles back. The modern game is now about full backs being progressive but I'm of the old fashioned opinion that a full back's priority should be to defend.
