Custodial sentence for criminal damage? District court level stuff at that. It wouldn't be the norm, tbh.

My legal advice is that that is a terrible idea and while a custodial sentence is not the norm (note my wording), that should in no way be construed as a guarantee that you would not receive a custodial sentence.

Especially as these posts show premeditation!
