Whoever they get on CCs they still have to pay 40%. Like, they’ll have to pay 40% of Tadhg Furlong’s massive contract, despite him barley playing a game of snap for them over the past 3 years.

If I was Leinster, I’d be saying thanks Tadhg, but how about you head off to Munster or Connacht for a couple of years.

And then lads like Henshaw who might suddenly be seeing more of, but aren’t remotely worth what they’re earning.

The can say they tried to keep Frawley, but it’s obvious enough they have to move lads like they on if they now have to cough up 40% on the 10 biggest contracts in Irish rugby, likely about about €2million.

That's exactly it. Their wage bill has been propped up. I don't think you could argue that any of their next batch of players are worth a CC at this moment in time anyway.

Munster could probably argue that Coombes would be on one and if Edogbo stays fit he'll almost certainly be on one.

Coombes is unlikely to be holding tackling bags, let alone starting (maaaybe summer tour) under the Farrell D4 Regime.
