I think it'll be Byrne with Jack on the bench, and then Byrne will be on the bench against England to SP. The ONLY thing saving Crowley is his versatility which would allow Farrell to go with a 6-2 bench.

Looks like Faz will get a free pass on selecting 2 traffic cones.

He's destroyed Jack's confidence (even Steve Borthwick can't understand what Faz is playing at) and screwed over Gav.

No question marks either over the tactic to kick the ball back to France at every opportunity.

I can sort of understand why Faz's ego won't allow him to admit he's wrong about Sam but why pick Stockdale ?


Sam will start in Twickenham with the same outcome. I suppose Stockdale is finished now ?

Aside from Faz selecting 2 duds and JGP sticking to the game plan when everyone else could see it unravel.

An interesting aspect was the biased officiating from the English Ref and TMO.

The possible forward pass and Dupont fumble looked like clear TMO intervention requirements and the Dupont non yellow was absurd.

It looks like the Ref wasn't questioned about his outrageous penalty in Toulon v Munster.

I get the need to support match officials but how can they improve if their mistakes aren't looked at in the appropriate forum ?

I commented on it briefly. They don't have the pool to stand referees down anymore. Look at Piardi getting the Lions games and Ridley still hanging around.
