When the saffie was committed the French player was a lot higher.

It's a blight on the game in general.
Reinach wasn't even the 1v1 defender. Pushed him off into the boards too.

My first time getting an Ireland ticket in 11 years, and herselfs first ever international.

And for our €160 each a ticket we will see Ireland absolutely spitroasted by the Boks.

The only thing that can make that day a success for us is if Crowley gets MOTM or Prendegast has a mare.

I think, with the new rankings out this morning, Ireland have secured top seeding ranking for the next RWC, even in the worst case scenarios that Australia and SA beat us by more than 15 points and other matches go against us.

Which is nice, but FFS lads.

SA lucky to get away with the knee slide on Penaud after he scored too. That shit needs to be cut out

No attempt to tackle Penaud either and ref looking at it. Penaud was lucky to get away uninjured. I'm not a fan of these sliding defending dives with no attempt to wrap tackle.

This always seems to happen. We get 2 good years of being on top and then a sharp decline, bring in a new coach and repeat ad-nauseum

I'd actually been looking forward to Farrell's book, but I don't think I could bring myself to buy it now.

There's something really strange going on in Irish Rugby. The relationship between Leinster and Farrell is just not right

Yep.

The lineout needed fixing, it's the sensible repair to it.



Bit of a depressing team selection. Beirne is the only non-leinster player in the pack, with Hansen and McCloskey breaking the dominance in the backs.

If I'm being optimistic, would say that at least Casey/Crowley are likely to be able to impress together off the bench, however knowing Farrell, if it's tight, that'll be for the last 6 or so minutes.

A handy thing. 6 weeks (at least) out with an injury, why wouldn't Hansen's first game back be for the national team?
