I have always admired Wales since the days of JPR, had some huge peaks and troughs in the last 20 years. Welsh rugby akin to Munster while Leinster reminds me of England. I lived in Sth County Dublin for a number of years.
 
If I was to take a balanced view of Pretendergast, to be fair to him, he is better on the ball than Crowley and it pains me to admit it.
His aims and shots today were more or less spot on, he was faultless on the T.
Yes other than being less useful as a tackle bag around the actual pitch of course.

All Crowley has to do is to work on those specialist fly half roles and he should then easily become the better fly half between the 2 of them
 
Rugby has created some absolutely embarrassing nonsense around it's traditions and references. We're seeing it in spades with the Lions, then endless trophies for friendly matches, the stupid eulogising circus around the New Zealand team, you name it.

Through all that though, nothing will ever be worse than coming up with "Brave Blossoms" as the nickname for Japan.
