We must begin the procedure to find 10 idiots who will fight it out for the title of IOTY 2019, tradition demands it.
The rule are as follows.
2 votes per person.
2 valid nominations makes the poll which is filled on a first nominated basis, noms are only valid from a poster with 1000 posts and one year on the proc. Nominations must have a valid reason supported by links where applicable.
The 1000 posts and one year on the proc rule also applies to voters in this poll, votes which don't fit the criteria may be discounted at the discretion of the IOTY Administrators.
No vendetta noms will be allowed and any idiot elect who feels that he or she has been the subject of such a nom can call in the adjudicators to make a ruling.
Adjudication may be called in at any time by any poster, or adjudicators may act without prior request if they deem it necessary and their decision is final.
Known and declared current alts of past senior posters may vote.
No poster will be exempted from being nominated for any reason.
The adjudication triumvirate is currently made up of Roxetten alone although this maybe subject to change, think of it as a sort of Holy Trinity, m8s.
Attempts to undermine the process will be met with swift forum justice up to and including the discounting of votes cast.
All decisions made by the ruling triumvirate are final, accept no substitutes, this is the official noms thread, the one and only.
