Rai hit the fairways (rather than bombs off the tee) giving him a better chance of getting it on the greens. Played the course prefect. Definitely one of the most unassuming guys and a well deserved winner. Anyone know where to buy two black gloves?

It was even mentioned after he won, he played like Jim Furyk, who we know was renowned for keeping it simple and hitting fairways.

The poor scoring on the Par 5’s was very poor also though. A player like Rory needs to be taking advantage there.
