Cullen was arguably the better player apart from his last leg collapse. Totally let nerves get to him in the biggest sporting minute of his life. What a 180 from MVG with his first 3 arrows in that leg after Cullen had stuttered with his first three.

But what a match. Sporting entertainment at it's brilliant best.

Cullen was brilliant. The experience MVG had of being in tight games pulled him through.

Credit to both of them. It takes two to tango. Wonderful sporting drama.

I couldn’t see Chizzy bearing MVG. Too much history for him to deal with losing to him in close games and utter hammerings.

I’ve just finished watching it. I’m fairly sure I fell asleep and dreamt he won 5 0.

It’s the only logical explanation.
