Shane Flanagan (39) with an address in Co Clare impersonated the woman on the fetish website, FetLife.com, and on Facebook for the purpose of arranging for people to come to her home and rape her.

Jaysus - I've read accounts of some very sick puppies over the years but this guy is way up there.

A garda inciting others to stalk and rape a female colleague????????? And has child porn as well.

All kinds of levels of trust betrayed.

Now there's a c**t who should hopefully find prison a terror.

I read that this evening and I said to myself there is more to it than that..
I remember 25 years ago a situation where a local small time druggie probably off his tits walked up behind and just randomly hit someone one summers evening. The Dr and guards moved to make sure that was processed and went to court. They wanted your man for a while and that took him off the streets for good.

An individual was sentanced to 3 months in prison fully suspended for interference with a gas meter.
The house in question was at st Michael's lawn. The individual was not named.
