May we all be mindful of the fact that this is a local case, that may well end up before a local jury and that things posted on here will be read by family and friends of the victim so lets all have cop on around it

Sentencing of Cork woman who pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing death of special needs assistant adjourned

A probation report was available today but the parties agreed that sentencing should be adjourned for a week.
