I see Nygren as a utility player. Not great in any one position but can play a few to 6 or on a good day 7/10.
He's not fast/tricky enough to be a winger
Doesn't score enough goals to be an out-and-out striker
And doesn't have enough dig to be a central midfielder.
But I think he'd be a great option to cover a few positions quite well from the bench.
At the risk of repeating myself I'd be starting McGowan ahead of a few that currently seem to walk onto the team. Happy to see that Hatate was dropped last night. If he wants to impress potential suitors he's going to have to play his way back into the team.
Kieran Tierney knows he'll have to buck up his ideas too.
