He was already on a yellow when he made the challenge on Hatate.

Have you seen the penalty awarded in the Ross Co game?

Massive implications and was the call that sent St J down. I know you don't get relegated over one decision... but it was awful

Not seen that one yet but the huns got awarded one by VAR, even the ref at ibrox on first viewing didn't think it a spotter. Looked of the decidedly very soft variety and it was helped by Diamonde just lying on the ground as though poleaxed for a while. Not sure there were that many claiming for it tbh. And unusually Dessers took it (think Tavernier wasn't best pleased) in order to become the highest league scorer so far this season. But he doesn't take spotters when the pressure is on.

Edit: Just saw the penalty for Ross County - terrible decision but that's Nick Walsh for you trying to be important. Not sure it's what sends St J down though - they're on 32 points with Ross County on 36 (35 if they weren't awarded a late late bizarre penalty). Their goal difference is the same so RC only needed to avoid defeat at home to Motherwell and they were safe, even if St J were to win at home to Dundee.

I'm listening to a podcast while out walking the dog.

They are having the same discussions as on here about Idah.

20 goals in a season for a kid from Cork.... and I'm still not happy.

He's scored in cup finals, champions league and derby games.

I'm prepared to accept that I might be the problem.... i just can't shake the feeling that with those tools, he could be doing even more.

Was listening to his trophy haul. I think it's 6LCs, 7SCs, and 13 League Titles. That's more than the current TRFC squad :ROFLMAO:

Scoring 16 seasons in a row is some record. Hopefully he can make it 17. I wonder is that (approaching) a world record?

I used to think Walsh wasn't the worst... and he mightn't be... it's a low bar.
Nick Walsh was involved in yet more controversy over the weekend playing on when it looked like Raskin had scored for the Huns. Raskin even celebrated knocking the ball over the line.
Think he fouled Bashiri in the build up but Walsh didn’t give a free kick either 🤷‍♂️

Schlupp has received an FA Cup medal because he played in the tournament for Palace who won it.

IF Celtic manage to win the Cup against Aberdeen, that would be some claim-to-fame "Won English and Scottish FA Cup medals in the same season".

That's the stuff of football trivia questions for decades to come

I've seen it... and I know I'm a million miles from impartial. I'm interested in hearing the audio.

There was certainly a push. But that wasn't given. The entire Hunniverse has declared the ball was clearly over the line. It wasn't clear. Their manager is blaming VAR....it doesn't have anything to do with VAR. It's goal line technology is the issue.

The Hibs break did look offside to me... and the lines drawn tells me I'm wrong.... I'm still dubious.

But going with what we've got, Hibs accident got the advantage from the ref missing a pretty obvious free. Ultimately, it was the right call.
