Not for me anyway. I'm not sure how two home draws against bottom half teams equates to good form for Chelsea, and Arsenal are still comfortably the best team in the league overall. Saka is apparently ok, but Cucurella and Fofana out for Chelsea.

Looks about right to me too. Wouldn't be touching the 1X2.

Only thing I'd say pro Chelsea is they gave them a good game earlier this season with ten men.

Chelsea will likely go into the game 3 + 6 points off Liverpool and Utd/Villa respectively.

Not a huge gulf of talent between those XIs.
