Lets say I'm having 10 euros on a win bet on the exchange. The price is 2.1, so if it wins I profit by 11. To win the 11 by laying I need to lay 11 at 1.91 ish. Very easy to work out.

But being a lazy fucker, has anyone ever come across a calculator that would do that for me?

Not that I know of, but it's something that you could easily do on a spreadsheet.

I can't seem to add a csv file.

Formula at B3 is =1/(1-(1/B2))
Formula at B4 is =B1*(B2-1)

B1 and B2 are dynamic, you can enter whatever you want there.
