Medals should still hopefully come from KOC, Healy in 5k, Cian Mc could round into one in 800m with English a chance based on season so far and past pedigree.

I'm fairly pessimistic going into these champs which is a bit mad because we have 3 clear medal chances in O'Connor, English and McPhillips. Healy I'm worried about doubling but I'd say M11 want to keep her away from GHB.

Sub2 is a significant result. She can close fast off slower paces but with sub 2 behind her on the back of the time at nationals over 1500m she is now a threat if she can make the final for those minor medals. GHB is probably going to keep this at an honest pace though, you’d assume she will ratchet it up from a long way out given her SBs over 800m and 1500mCongrats to Sophie Sull, sub 2 in the 800. Very strong finish. Last at the bell, no panic. If she can stay out of trouble in heats, I think she can do well in The Euros. Thing with Sophie and that stride is that if she gets clipped or checked it really fucks her up. Fingers crossed anyway.

Sarah Healy is a bit of an unknown in terms of form but given the crew she trains with, if she is hanging with them in sessions she will be in the mix of both races. I reckon she has a great shot in the 5,000m if she can stay there from 3,600-4,600…she’d be tough to beat in the last 400mThere are medals to be had in that 1500m
GHB the red hot favourite but afte that it's Guillemot who is flakey
Sarag Healy and Sophie O'Sullivan are better than the Brits and the Italians
Yer wan Kazamierska is a Jerry Schumacher Athlete so could be very leggy by now there's a great chance here
