here he talks about his training week at about 10 mins

it's a tough listen overall. Aussie Bants. He himself comes across very well for a 16 year old

But his sessions are things like 6x1k, 200s and Tempo running..

All bread and butter stuff. Having Sam Tanner as a training partner definitely helps matters.

Kate O'C is the medal hope really. Vanninen has withdrawn so that's a big contender off the table and her form this year so far has been stellar.

You never know with English and Coscoran.

The two lads in the 3000 are going well all season - might be a good performance there.

I see Lauren Roy runs for "Fast Twitch AC". Is that some club set up by yer man McMullen the former sprinter?

McPhillips had his Wisdom teeth out last week.

Mawdsley should be there that's a crap decision IMO

Adeleke maybe should be too but I'd say Flo is half afraid of running her out of lanes.

No Sign of Healy yet this year, don't know the story there, the rest of M11 are going great guns

There are a few more waiting on top list places
