Hocker only good for 5th in the 1500m after winning a cracker of a 3000m ahead of naguse and Nico Young the night previous. Still tye lads should have enough for Nathan Green and Cork City Sports alumni Luke Houser

Adds fuel to the theory Cole over 1500m is a 50/50 prospect while Cole over 5000m is basically unbeatable unless it's a 12:40 race and even then he'd be formidable..

Cooper Lutkenhaus wins the 800m to back up last year. Great to see

Keely ran a 51:49 400m,Mawdsley won the Irish title in 51:89 for context all by herself and said she's not going to Torun..I hate that, I know it makes sense but I hate athletes passing on championship racing..Keely will put herself in the mix for relays with that time.

Becker won the 200m in good form 23 high. Great speed for her. That's a really good sign

Yank half marathon champs was a farce. Lead runners brought off course by the moto at mile 12. Cost Jess McClean 20k.

Those south Indian Gamers who lift the races to drive clicks before they get don't for copyright have been the backbone of Athletics sports famdom for years now.

Very noticeable for the winter olympics NBC seem to be more hawkish about letting me watch Madison Chock Videos than for other olympic cycles

Sharlene M and Sophie B are interesting - they will be formidable relay runners but they still have a bit to go to be truly competitive individually with the standard that has come on the scene now

Agree with you though, can’t understand why she wouldn’t target a champs in two weeks or whatever and use it for further development.

Also shittily enough they're doing 2 section final which sucks i.e. where they run two races and take fastest time

But vastly improves her chances of making a "Final"

Yeah, Guapo, not ideal but avoiding inside lanes is a must. So, lose/lose situation really.

Some serious running going on with the underage lads down in that neck of the woods. Ruthe's times are off the charts though.I wonder what sort of mileage he's doing - his parents seem to have their heads screwed on OK.

There was a few interviews with him recently

Volume Is only 80-90km a week so 50 to 55miles.

3 Sessions, Tuesday, Thurs and Saturday.

No doubles.

Easy Long Run of about 10 miles.

His capacity to improve by training more given where he is now is off the charts.

His Genetics couldn't be much better, between his Parents and his Granny
