Jeez, just saw the Griggs 5k race. He did all the front running once the pacer dropped out but fuck it, he faded really badly in the last 600. He collapsed over the line having been passed by lads he'd dropped and gapped 2k earlier. Hopefully can build the old endurance cos that wasn't a great look.

Almost certainly a sign of my getting old and cranky, but not too impressed with all these made up distances. 600mts, 2 Miles, 1,000. Goddamnit, give me 800 and 1500/Mile thank you very much. I get 3k instead of 5 indoors, as we'd all be dizzy, but spare me the funnies.
