Predictions:

Xhaka - fair price to facilitate his move as promised. Maybe £15m
KT - £30m to Newcastle
Balogun - £30m + sell on or buy back clause
Patino - Similar to Balogun but much smaller fee

Pepe - free transfer to get him off the books if we can.
