Westham wont be relegated because of that one incident, they’ve been shite for large part of the season, losing to the team that’s top of the league and that handed them nasty spankings in the last couple of seasons isn’t what’s gonna potentially send them down to the championship.

Of course it could send them down.
If that point didn't mean that much to West ham or the two points to arsenal, then it wouldn't be so " controversial"
On the other side, arsenal have been the best team so far in the league.
I'm sure they wouldn't be too happy to lose out in the league due to dropping 2 points to a foul on their keeper, so late in the season.
The refs have made a pigs ear out of those " jostling" in the box incidents all season, letting some go and penalising others.
Its a bit like the square ball in GAA until they changed the rule.

At one stage a West ham player was pushing Havertz, Dickov was pushing a West Ham player

How can that be?

They have been consistently inconsistent.
The ref at the weekend gave it as a goal initially until VAR intervened
Then spent about 5 mins conferring with VAR.

Of course a point is a big deal given their current situation, but they’re in that situation for a reason.

Picking up points against top 2-3 teams isn’t the main reason that keeps teams up in the PL (yes every point counts and helps)…they largely pick up the vital points against teams lower in the table, they fucked up plenty times this season, getting hockeyed by Wolves 3 or 4 nil earlier at some point I think.

Can’t see them getting 3 points away at Newcastle, unfortunately I think Spuds might well get away with it.

Chelsea are dog shit and theyll pick up these 3 points that’ll keep them up.

I’ve a feeling this will be decided before game 38.

They all have been jostling all season but they’ve been consistent on if the keepers hands are grabbed then it’s a foul.
It happened Arsenal after Trossard scored a rocket, correctly ruled out because Ben White held the keeper by the arm.
