The Next Uachtarán na hÉireann

Aontu are left wing on financial, right wing on social, where would you have them land? Independent Ireland are right wing already, do you think they should go full far right?
There is no party far right, to me they all seem close to the centre. In the same way the Social Democrats have become the Woke party, and it is working for them, there is plenty of support for that view, there is also plenty of support out there for a far right party, and it isn't Independent Ireland, at the drop of a hat they would prop up a FF/FG goverment for goodies like i said, if they truly oppssed FF/FG why they give their support to Simon Harris?

The motion in Harris was a confidence motion in him as Tanaiste and minister for FA now not a no confidence motion in him as minister of health between 2017 and 2020. I doubt IE will ever vote with the "lefty" coalition in any motion.
What kind of support is out there for a far right party? There are a few of those parties already and they have zero traction

If they mean what to say that they oppose FF/FG, you take every political opportunity to oppose them, they didn't, because i believe they don't mean what they say, a bunch of chancers as far as i can see.

So the government should be opposed on every motion they bring, that's interesting.
By the way IE voted against the government on the Electricity Bill a week ago and the Uniforms bill also this month and the Finance bill in October. Need I continue or is three time in two last weeks voting against the government enough?

IE to me are chancers like i said, you believe them i think? Do you think if the numbers added up at the next GE, they would go in to goverment with FF/FG, i think they would in a heartbeat.

That's you opinion, I just pointed out your flawed knowledge of their parliamentary voting record.

I have no doubt they will, same as Labour, Soc Dems and the Greens would. Any politically party worth their salt knows that if the want to get their policies enacted, they have to be in the tent not out outside pissing on the tent like SF.
The Greens were the smallest party in government but got a huge majority of their manifesto and policies enacted. That is how government works in Ireland, I cant believe this is a surprise to you
FG and FF opposed each other for years and now look

I didn't mention their parliamentary voting record, i mentioned one vote, a vote where they supported Simon Harris. The small parties at best get fobbed off with some nod to their policies, but it is still a FF/FG run government and their policies, which they apparently oppose, nothing will change. They are carreer politicians to my eyes, out to get what they can for themselves and locally too if they can, Cowboys Ted, a bunch of Cowboys. You see them differently, fair enough.

Yes it was one vote that took you down the wormhole of them not opposing the government, their voting record says different.

The Greens got a more of their policies enacted that any minority party in the history of the state. That is a program of government gets agreed at the start of a coalition government.

They are carreer politicians to my eyes,
Like the majority of the Dail, what's you point?

You see them differently, fair enough.

I see them for what they are, a small political party in Ireland with different political policies to the other small parties in Ireland. I don't agree with all their policies, but I would vote for them before SF, Labour SDs, PBP in the morning.

Like i said, i believe they are chancers, i don't believe in anything they say or do. Now the scenario may never arise that they could prop up a FF/FG goverment, i think they will need to get another few chancers onboard for that to happen. And if it did, i believe they wouldn't care less about their policies being enacted on, well just enough so they don't look bad, but they wouldn't say no to getting a junior Minister or some other trinkets for themselves, as i said, Cowboys.
